No. The feedback focuses on the final image, not the software. Whether you use Corona, V-Ray, Lumion, Unreal or any other renderer, the review process is the same.
Yes, as long as you have permission from your client. By default, submitted images are never shared publicly.
No. Your images will never be shared publicly without your explicit permission. During submission you will be asked if you consent. The default answer is No.
No. This service is focused on the final rendered image. 3D scenes, source files and project folders are not reviewed by default.
The turnaround begins after payment confirmation and correct file submission. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays may be delivered the next business day.
You will receive an honest diagnosis explaining why. When possible, we will suggest whether to continue with the current image, submit another render or apply the credit toward a 1:1 session.
No. The Color Grading service includes the final corrected image and a before/after comparison. Editable PSD, Photoshop layers, LUTs or source files are not included.
No. After payment and file submission, Santi reviews the render and sends a private Calendly link by email. The session is booked according to availability.
